 "A gas station turned eatery complete with the giant awning casting shadow in the morning light.  Right off the highway, an entire exit ramp seemingly devoted to nothing else.  Yet in this middle of nowhere in the west was a dream to make something happen to bring people off the journey for a moment.  All the signs in the widows carefully taped, begged for you to get close enough to read their message." -Natasha Isenhour
