“Often, I design sculpture in my head when I lay awake at night. This piece was the result of an epiphany when it came to me that the elements could emerge from the wall itself, return to it and imply the hidden portions. Infinity is such a beautiful symbol in its on right but the goal with this version was to infuse it with energy. It charges from the wall, leaves its mark and plunges back from where it came, the void. a little 'tromp l'oeil'. This piece could be crafted on a larger scale for the appropriate location, maybe an outdoor wall that needs the right work of art to take it to a new level.
